Before moving to Los Angeles I ran Disciple Films as a production company based in Paris, France.

I specialized in creating special projects for the Fashion industry. I collaborated with Diane Pernet, who now runs Ashadedviewonfashion, which is both a fashion blog and a fashion film festival.

Together we created a series of fashion designer portraits called "Chapels".

And a series of rough and to the point freestyle coverage of Fashion Week frenzy pieces. We called it "Fashioned Out!".

This one boils down the NY Autumn-Winter 2003-2004 Fashion Week in 20 minutes....

This branched out into a series of 1minute short films boiling down one day of Paris Fashion Week into one movie that could be viewed every morning by those who had missed the action.

I also directed several documentaries for the Hyeres Fashion Festival, one of them covering the 20 years of the festival's existence, for which I interviewed a large list of fashion masterminds, including Karl Lagerfeld, Hussein Chalayan and Viktor and Rolf.

Here is a sample movie extracted from the coverage of the 2004 edition of the festival

And here are some images extracted from the large (3hr long) 20 year documentary. This film was screened at the Villa Noailles during the Festival's 20th edition (April 2005), and then at Azzedine Alaia's house during the men's fashion week in summer 2005 in Paris.
